KFC has taken inspiration from other brands, adopting their famous slogans as their own. 

In August of last year, the global organization paused the use of its slogan as public health officials around the world urged people not to touch their eyes, noses, or mouths to avoid contracting Covid-19.

KFC posted a lighthearted message on its Twitter feed using the hashtag #UntilWeCanFingerLickAgain, asking for suggestions on which brand slogan it should use. 

KFC is now creating a stir on social media by taking on rivals’ slogans for size. They have used slogans from brands such as Nike, Specsavers, Red Bull, and so on. In fact, they even parked a digital ad van in front of Nike’s Oxford Street location in London. Other brands quickly became involved in reacting to the mock slogans, they joined in the fun from all over the world.
